Hey, I'm the one detailing your car.
Cloud 9 isn't a franchise or a faceless crew. It's me, on your driveway and at your windows. Here's a little about why I do this.
Hey, I'm Pierce Tripp, the guy behind Cloud 9. I'm 18, I grew up around here, and I started this business because I genuinely love the work: there's nothing like handing someone back their car looking brand-new and watching their reaction.
I've always been into business and building things. Alongside Cloud 9, I run an AI agency, AE Automation, where I help businesses automate the busywork so they can focus on what matters. Detailing scratches the same itch in a hands-on way, with high standards, real attention, and pride in a finished job.
A big part of why I do this is my community. I love being the local guy people can count on, showing up when I say I will, charging fairly, and doing honest work that actually lasts. Every car I take on, I treat like it's my own.
I'm also a student in the Carroll Business Academy, which is where a lot of this started. Running something real while I'm still in school is the point: I'm not passing through, I live here, and the people I work for are neighbours I'll see again.
Cloud 9 does two things now: I detail cars in the driveway, and I clean the exterior windows on the house. Same hands, same standard, same person answering your text.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me on the soccer field. Same mindset there as everywhere else: show up, give it everything, and take pride in the details.
