Do you detail cars in Trophy Club?
Yes. Trophy Club is inside the standard area at no extra charge, roughly twelve minutes from Southlake.
Do you come to me, or do I drop the car off?
I come to you. Cloud 9 is a fully mobile service. I bring everything needed and detail your car at your home, usually right in the driveway. You never have to drive anywhere, drop the car off, or sit in a waiting room.
How much does mobile car detailing cost?
A full interior-and-exterior detail is $150 for a small vehicle (sedans, coupes, hatchbacks) or $175 for a large one (trucks, SUVs, vans, 3-row). If you only need one side of it, an interior-only detail is $100 and an exterior-only detail is $75. Those are the full prices, and there's no separate call-out or travel fee anywhere in my service area.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee anywhere in my normal service area: Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, Colleyville, Keller, Trophy Club and Roanoke. If you're somewhere just outside that list, ask anyway; I'll sometimes go a little further, and I'll tell you upfront if a small travel charge applies.
How much does window cleaning cost?
$10 per window, exterior. Count the panes you can see from outside, multiply by ten, and that's the price: a 20-window house is $200, a 35-window house is $350. Bigger houses get a volume discount: $50 off at 40 windows and $100 off at 60, so a 60-window house is $500 rather than $600. There's no minimum quote visit, no square-footage formula and no travel fee anywhere in my service area.
Is there a discount for a lot of windows?
Yes, and it's automatic. Once you're at 40 windows, $50 comes off the total, and at 60 windows it's $100 off. There's no code to enter and nothing to ask me for: pick your count when you book and the discount is already in the price you see. Only the better of the two applies, so 60 windows is $100 off rather than $150.
Do you put ladders against my house?
No. I use water-fed poles and reach everything from the ground, upstairs windows included. Nothing leans against your siding, gutters or window frames, and nobody is up on your roofline.
How long does a detail take?
A full detail takes about 2–3 hours on a small vehicle and 3–4 hours on a large one. Interior-only runs roughly 1.5–2.5 hours and exterior-only about 1–1.5 hours. I'd rather take the extra half hour than hand back a car that isn't right, so treat these as honest estimates rather than a stopwatch.
